Had my first
Tai Chi class tonight - LOVED IT! I hope to get good at it, but lots to learn and get right. I like my instructor, too she is really good. Though I did keep thinking of Mr Miyagi in
The Karate Kid during class and
"sand the floor". I need that training for the
'muscle memory'.
