So, the boss has been pestering me to be in photos for our blog and Facebook pages. He also wants me to make some instructional videos. Glad to do it boss...once I get back in shape. So, I've decided to go back to what I know works, and what will work in weeks. When I arrive at the NY State Police Training Academy way back when I could barely run a mile, but by the time I graduated (13 weeks later) I was running 5 miles. How did they train us? PT (physical training first thing every morning. One day they would take us to run, the next day was circuits. Circuits consisted of 1 minute intervals of: sit ups, push ups, dips and steps followed by 1 minute of rest. We would do 2 rounds of this. I've decided to do the circuits alternating with bike riding instead of running.

Not to brag but, I was proud to receive an award at graduation for Most Improved Physical Training Performance.
